Semi-longhair developed in the USA from a mixture of breeds.
Bred in the UK from imported cats. Bi-colours have Provisional status. Colourpointed and mitted will have Provisional status from June 1998. Placid and friendly, livelier than a Persian. Needs regular grooming.
