Bulldog overview
Originated in Britain for the sport of bull baiting. Once very aggressive in nature, it is now a very gentle dog with a great personality. Now bred specifically for the show ring, it makes a good companion and requires little exercise or grooming. The Bulldog is good with other dogs and children. Does not suit a hot climate.
