photographer simon bannister were taken by a friend years ago who wanted to make good in photography - simon bannister - he is probably this guy http://www.simonbannister.co.uk/ he was never paid for them as he was just a student and we were going to pay him if the pictures ever made money. If this is not him - it's quite a common name and I see there is a photog of the same name in USA with .com instead of .co.uk - his father is david bannister of antique maps fame with a contact on the web. Probably you need do nothing unless there was a huge sale and you felt generous or he contacted you saying 'My pic', He was always very nice.
